Grant Buckner - State Farm Agent Team is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, nurture customer relationships, and act as a liaison between customers and agency departments to meet needs.

You will grow the agency by proactively presenting relevant products and services, assisting with policy changes and inquiries, processing claims, coordinating with underwriters, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to the community.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
