State Farm is seeking an Account Associate to support Brian Tatum’s agent team in Girard, KS. In this role, you will grow the agency through customer relations and by aligning client needs with appropriate insurance products and services.

You will be a key liaison between customers and various agency departments, proactively marketing relevant offerings and helping clients manage risks and realize their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
