Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required or in-process.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries about products, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations.
