Greg Archer - State Farm Agent in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented Insurance Account Representative to build customer relationships and promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities include establishing relationships, providing prompt service, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. This role offers growth opportunities and bonus potential.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
• People-oriented and self-motivated

• Able to learn computer functions and work in a team
• Able to multi-task and assess customer needs via effective interviews
• Must obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license

Responsabilidades

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries on availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
