Anthony Capotosto - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and proactively market State Farm products and services to meet clients’ needs.

The role emphasizes growing the community, being sociable, and results-driven as part of a State Farm agency team. Training and development are highlighted as part of the internship.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
