Your role...
As an Insurance Account Specialist for ReSource Pro, you will work closely with Account Managers and offshore SDU teams to service an assigned book of business within a client account. You will respond to inquiries from insureds and complete routine, entry-level service requests within the Agency Management System. This is a customer-facing role that is key to building and maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

Our salary ranges are competitive within our industry and size, comprising base pay, annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities. The typical hourly range is $18.29-$30.87, varying based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
