Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in insurance, customer service or account management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and insurance software systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensing as required by state (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, renewals, and claims processing.
• Provide product knowledge and support to help clients understand their insurance options.
• Process new applications, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and optimize coverage.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Meet or exceed service and sales goals set by the agency.
• Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, State Farm products, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
