As a motivated self-starter in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment, you will help clients with policy applications, renewals, and timely questions.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals
