Brandon Tate - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful relationships, identifying customer needs, marketing appropriate products and services, and coordinating with other departments to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
