Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.**Please Note: THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE position.**
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Salary range: $45,000 - $90,000 base plus commission
Requirements
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch
- Saturdays 9:00 AM to noon, rotating with other team members; may work 1-2 Saturdays/month. If Saturday is worked, 3 hours off can be taken during the week.
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
- Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products' role in helping people manage risks and realize their dreams
- People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving, team player
- Ability to make presentations, assess customer needs, explain complex financial issues in understandable terms
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation
$45,000 - $90,000 per year
