Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in San Lorenzo, CA, is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a team member for Julie Sumiki - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

1. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
2. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
3. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
4. Support local community events in our market.
5. Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) 5+ years preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products' role in helping people manage risks and achieve their dreams
• People-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team and make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty / Life and Health license (must be current)
