Job summary

Amie Chasse - State Farm Agent is hiring for an Insurance Account Team Member to educate customers on options and build relationships. You will develop leads, schedule meetings, identify client needs, and market appropriate insurance and financial products.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of presenting to potential customers while pursuing required state licenses. Compensation includes salary plus commission and benefits, with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
