Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Account Manager Trainee on the AMPD team to learn the workflows and best practices of the customer service side of the insurance industry. In training you will route policy documents, review renewals, and obtain loss history as you develop a professional skill set.

You will gain knowledge of insurer websites, follow up on policy changes, and participate in development programs to prepare for client-focused roles. EOE.

Qualifications

• College degree or combination of education and comparable work experience preferred.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities with energy to carry out assignments via computer work.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with a degree of cautiousness and adherence to procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the discipline to stay on-task.

Responsibilities

• Learn workflows and best practices of the customer service side of the insurance industry.
• Route policy documents and client notices, navigate carrier websites for information.
• Follow up with carriers for policy changes and cancellations.
