Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager Trainee in Florida. You will learn workflows on the customer service side of the insurance industry, routing policy documents, and interacting with carriers.

Training also covers professional development and the behavior expected to build a client-focused service mindset. You will develop knowledge of carrier systems, engage in renewal reviews, loss history gathering, and certificate issuance, while gaining hands-on exposure to MMA's

Responsabilidades

• Learn to route policy documents and client notices.
• Develop working knowledge of insurance carrier websites and navigation.
• Follow up with carriers for pending policy changes and cancellations.
• Review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance.
• Learn to obtain loss history and issue insurance certificates.
• Participate in professional development trainings.
