Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced insurance professional focused on client service for middle and large accounts within a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will work closely with senior colleagues on strategy design and renewal messaging, and may independently lead messaging for smaller accounts with minimal guidance.

Role requires 3+ years in Property & Casualty, state P&C license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meeting.
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis.
• Collaborates on mid-market placements and works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes, offering insights and recommendations.
• Review, finalize and participate proposal meeting.
• Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participates in post renewal meeting.
• Participates in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients.
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable
