Amber Dean - State Farm Agent in Portland, OR is seeking a team member to support clients with insurance and financial services while building customer relationships. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist in marketing goals.

The role emphasizes needs-based reviews, accurate service, and collaboration in a fast-paced office environment in Portland. Prior sales or retail experience is valued; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Must have applicable license or must obtain applicable licensing requirements.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
