Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willing to obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 15 days.
- Willing to obtain PA Life Insurance License within 30 days.
- Proficient with computers and tech-savvy.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
- Handle new customer onboarding and follow agency processes
- Field inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products
- Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
- Follow all company rules and regulations
