Allison Mcdaniel - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful relationships, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments, and proactively marketing relevant products.

You will develop relationships, review policies, resolve complex issues, and use our insurance products to recommend and sell to both cold and warm leads, contributing to overall agency growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
