Dalton Owen Agency LLC is seeking an Insurance Account Manager to join the team. We prefer candidates who are licensed and experienced, but we are open to the right entry-level candidate with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include connecting with customers, building relationships, presenting quotes, and achieving sales and service goals while training and advancing within the company. Base salary plus commission with a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (willingness to obtain if selected).
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Motivated by goals and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Recommend insurance coverage based on each customer's situation.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes.
• Explain coverage options and available discounts.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to develop sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate in training and professional development.
