Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks.
• People-oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented, and dedicated to customer service.
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service; respond to inquiries about availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
