Gary Nace Insurance is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations, grow the agency, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agent-office departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives through meaningful relationships.

You will develop customer relationships, conduct policy reviews, and use product knowledge to recommend and sell policies to both cold and warm leads, driving retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
