State Farm Agent Miguel Alfaro is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customers’ success. You grow the agency through meaningful relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, ensuring timely, accurate service.

As a proactive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, you will market relevant insurance products, conduct policy reviews, and help customers select optimal coverage while pursuing growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
