The role requires managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and insurance, proficiency in MS Office and EPIC, and a proactive attitude toward learning and growing within the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client relationships.
• Desire to obtain insurance license within 30 days if not licensed.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and basic PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with agency management software (EPIC).
• Ability to analyze insurance-related data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain client relationships and manage a book of business.
• Collaborate with a high-performance team to support clients.
• Proactively communicate with accounts to address concerns and identify growth.
• Monitor client information to minimize exposures and improve retention.
• Assist with marketing and renewal opportunities as appropriate for location.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
