Job summary

First MainStreet Insurance (FMSI), a TrueNorth entity, seeks an Account Specialist for our Lillis Agency in Williamsburg, Iowa to maintain relationships with clients and assist with insurance protection needs. You will support Account Managers, Account Executives, and Risk Advisors while handling office operations and data in EPIC.

Qualifications

Proven experience in service/support management or a related client-facing role.
Desire to obtain a license as required, if not currently licensed.
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions.

Responsibilities

Support client relationships by assisting with a book of business in conjunction with a Risk Advisor or Account Manager.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
Serve as a contributing member of a high-performance team and collaborate with internal staff.
Regularly communicate with accounts to proactively address concerns.
Process all administrative responsibilities promptly, including data entry and reporting for the team.
Monitor account satisfaction and assist with measures to ensure retention.
