Job summary

WestPac is seeking an Account Manager in Littleton, CO to support brokers and underwriting teams in servicing independent agents. This client-facing role operates in a high-volume environment where accuracy, integrity, and professional communication are essential.

You will handle inquiries, endorsements, and binding requests, coordinate between carriers and agents, and manage tasks in the agency management system. Training and backup support ensure team continuity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal & written communication, critical thinking, organization, and adaptability to changing processes.
• Proficiency in computer systems and agency management software.
• Ability to work regular core hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to emails and occasional incoming phone calls professionally, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate brokers or underwriters as needed.
• Provide day-to-day account support, handling inquiries, endorsements, and issue resolution with attention to client needs.
• Facilitate communication between carriers and agents, ensuring smooth information flow and effective collaboration
• Efficiently manage tasks in the agency management system, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to best practices.
• Process requests to bind coverage, ensuring all necessary subjectivities are reviewed and the underwriting file is complete.
• Process endorsements and policy changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements.
• Handle policy cancellations and reinstatements, maintaining communication with carriers and premium finance companies.
• Assist in training new Account Managers and serve as a backup for other team members, ensuring continuity and efficiency in service delivery.
