The Juris Agency in Manassas, VA is seeking a friendly, outgoing Customer Service/Insurance Support specialist to join our growing team. You will handle calls, explain policyholder benefits, process policy changes, and help generate quotes while delivering exceptional service.

This role offers a local-friendly environment with a Monday–Friday schedule, opportunities for growth, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance plus a 401(k). You must reside in VA/MD/DC near the region.

Qualifications

• Must be local to Virginia, Maryland or Washington DC
• Excellent communication and upbeat attitude
• Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers and explain policyholder benefits
• Process customer policy change requests
• Take premium payments from customers
• Generate insurance quotes
• Maintain current retention of 98% by re-marketing/re-shopping accounts and performing customer saves
• Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell opportunity and explain referral program
