You will rely on excellent customer service, proactive sales skills, and a dedication to delivering the best experience for every client.

Responsibilities include inbound lead handling, policy reviews and coverage increases, cross-selling additional lines, quoting and selling former customers, and recognizing when life insurance

Responsabilidades

• Inbound lead handling: respond to quote requests and convert to active policyholders.
• Policy reviews & coverage increases: identify opportunities to raise limits or add endorsements.
• Cross-Selling Additional Lines: promote home, auto, umbrella, life to current customers.
• Quote & Sell Former Customers: reach out to former customers to win back business.
• Life Insurance Pivots: identify when life insurance conversations are appropriate.
