Job summary

Brandi Harris - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the agency via customer relations, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

You will develop leads, build relationships, and deliver prompt, friendly service across inquiries about coverage, billing, transfers, and claims. A drive for advancement and training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
