Job summary

The Troy Pieper State Farm Agency in Ellisville, MO is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Account Representative to join their State Farm team. You will build customer relationships and promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities include needs-based education, marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to offer appropriate products.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Current Property & Casualty license.
• Current Life & Health license.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and proactive.
• Ability to relate to customers and explain options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
