Responsibilities

• Following up with prospects to convert them into customers.
• Meet monthly sales goals set by the agency.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products.
• Assist customers with policy applications.
• Handle inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current customer interactions.
