The Josias State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Executive to perform Sales Insurance Producer duties and drive growth in the insurance market. You will identify new business opportunities, assess client needs, present tailored policies, and prepare quotes across property, casualty, life and health lines.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Licensing or willingness to obtain Property & Casualty & Life and Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the insurance industry
• Put on your detective hat to understand clients' unique insurance needs and craft tailored solutions
• Channel your inner storyteller to present and explain insurance policies
• Prepare insurance quotes for multiple lines of business: including property, casualty, life, and commercial lines
