Keiko Mcinally - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and enhance customer relations. You will serve as a liaison between customers and agency departments, promoting relevant insurance products and services to improve client outcomes.

The position offers a flexible schedule, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing agency environment. A positive, proactive attitude and bilingual Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
