You will help customers with policy changes, inquiries, and claims while contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented team environment that values connection and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
