You will update accounts, guide policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely issuances.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commute to Nolensville, TN.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; multitasking.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités
