State Farm Agent Richard Gonzalez in Miami is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the agency through customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will market relevant products, develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide courteous service across inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy changes.

A Property & Casualty license is required, and sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
