Jerry Lucente State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will improve lives by proactively marketing relevant insurance and financial services, while delivering prompt, accurate service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales or telemarketing).
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
