• Prospect new clients through calling, networking, and follow-up on leads.
• Actively work and manage leads provided by the agency to convert them into customers.
• Represent the agency at community events, fairs, and other outreach opportunities to promote products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
