Summary

Join the Johnson Controls team as an Insulator at our San Antonio, TX plant. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in the manufacturing industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals while developing essential skills with wrapping units and measuring and cutting material.

Essential Job Functions

• Wrap units with insulation material.
• Cut and measure material for placement on unit.
• Fit, adjust, install, and fasten unit or component parts to unit.

• Perform housekeeping and other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Depending on the type of Assembler, this person must be able to qualify in the following process: Insulation PSI testing.
• Must actively participate in a Continuous Improvement Team.

Hourly Hiring Range

$16–18 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
