Job summary

Interior Exterior Building Supply in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Insulation Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a hands-on role.

You will perform cycle counts, inspect inbound trucks, coordinate dispatches, conduct new hire orientation, and ensure safety and organization across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in building materials, or construction supply.
• Leadership experience or someone ready to step up into leadership.
• Strong knowledge of loading, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Insulation Warehouse Manager

Interior Exterior Building Supply, the number one commercial and residential building material supplier in the Southeast, is searching for an Insulation Warehouse Manager for our Birmingham, AL location!

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable InsulationWarehouse Manager to help lead daily warehouse operations for our business. This is a hands-on leadership role—not a desk job. The right person will work side by side with the crew, help keep inventory accurate, keep trucks moving, and make sure the warehouse stays organized and running smoothly.

If you know building materials, understand warehouse flow, and aren't afraid to jump in and get the job done, we want to talk to you.
