Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven insulation technician experience or related field.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, installation techniques, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate insulation.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry materials and equipment.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in insulation installation.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in residential and commercial properties.
• Assess job sites and determine material type and quantity.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit spaces.
• Seal gaps and joints for energy efficiency.
• Safely operate blowers or sprayers to distribute insulation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and dispose of waste properly.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on schedule.
• Communicate with clients on progress and questions.
