Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as an Insulation Technician or related field.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, installation techniques, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and cutting.
• Ability to lift and carry insulation materials and equipment safely.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiar with safety protocols and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in residential and commercial properties.
• Assess job sites and determine type and quantity required.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit spaces accurately.
• Seal gaps for energy efficiency.
• Safely operate blowers or sprayers to distribute insulation materials.
• Maintain a clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Communicate with clients for updates and satisfaction.
