Job summary

USA Insulation is seeking an Insulation Technician to install fiberglass, foam, or cellulose insulation in residential and commercial buildings. You will assess sites, measure and cut materials, seal gaps, and operate blowers or sprayers while following safety guidelines to ensure energy efficiency and client comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Insulation Technician or in a related field.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, installation techniques, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in residential and commercial properties.
• Assess sites and determine required insulation type and quantity.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit spaces accurately.
• Seal gaps and joints for energy efficiency.
• Safely operate equipment (blowers, sprayers) to distribute insulation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper waste disposal.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Communicate with clients to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction.
