Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.

• 2-3+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within construction, home improvement, HVAC, or insulation.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Familiarity with estimating software used in construction or insulation preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an Insulation Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners understand what's actually happening in their walls, attic, or crawlspace, and recommend the right insulation solution to fix it. Most people don't think about insulation until their energy bill spikes or a room never feels quite right, and you're the one who helps them figure out why. Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company at home shows, community events, and other outreach activities

Qualifications: Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Experience

• 2-3+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within construction, home improvement, HVAC, or insulation
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required
• Familiarity with estimating software used in construction or insulation preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Physical Demands and Conditions
