Job summary

Builders Installed Products of New Hampshire is hiring for a full-time insulation installer. You’ll start at $20/hour during training, with DOT-certified positions at $25/hour; after 90 days you transition to piece-rate pay based on performance.

You’ll join a small crew led by a foreman, start at the shop or on site, load materials, install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces, and follow safety rules. Training is provided; room to advance.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Construction or installation experience is a plus (training provided).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding.
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation.
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean.
• Follow all job site safety procedures.
• Install latex and other caulking products to prevent air filtration.
