Builders Installed Products is hiring in New Hampshire for full-time insulation installer roles. Earn $20-$25/hour during training, with non-DOT starting at $20/hour and DOT-certified starting at $25/hour. After 90 days, transition to piece-rate pay with higher earning potential based on performance.
You’ll work with a small crew led by an experienced foreman, loading materials, installing insulation, and following safety procedures in various sites and weather conditions.

You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.
After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.
You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.
This is active, hands-on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
