Job summary

Eastside Exterminators in Bothell, WA is hiring an Insulation Installer / Technician to restore and seal homes against rodents. You will work hands-on, see the results of your effort daily, and contribute to a family-owned company with over 50 years serving greater Seattle.

You’ll install drainage, seal ducts, install air baffles, keep sites clean, and occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet deadlines. A background in insulation is not required—we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Install drainage pipe inside crawlspaces and around the home's exterior.
• Seal HVAC duct joints with mastic and wrap ducts with fresh insulation.

• Keep every works-site clean and haul debris to the dump.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to hit a deadline (it's rare).

HQ is in Bothell, WA. Service Area: King and Snohomish Counties. Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (DOE).

What we're looking for

• Reliable, hands‑on, and a growth mindset who enjoys solving problems and helping homeowners.
• A background in insulation, construction, HVAC, or general labor is a plus — but we'll train the right person, so don't count yourself out if you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Comfortable on ladders, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Friendly and clear with homeowners — you're the face of the company at their door.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we'll pull an MVR).
• Able to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screen. We do not screen for marijuana.
