Job summary

Fenix Pest Control, Inc. is hiring two insulation installers to join our residential insulation team in Wisconsin. No insulation experience is required as we provide paid, hands-on training.

Starting pay is $25–$28 per hour with opportunities for advancement based on performance. We offer health, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days, with the company paying 50% of the employee's premium. Benefits include PTO, no weekend work, and paid travel time to job sites.

Qualifications

• Be able to safely and efficiently work an 8+ hour day on site.
• Be agile and comfortable in attics, confined spaces, and on rooftops.
• Have reliable transportation to the shop each workday.
• Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Eligible for coverage under our auto insurance to operate company vehicles after training.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate insulation blowing/vacuuming equipment.
• Blow cellulose insulation into attics and walls.
• Remove existing attic insulation (fiberglass batts).
• Seal entry points to pests and prevent intrusion.
• Install weatherstripping on attic panels and roof ventilation.
• Drive company trucks to job sites and travel between service areas.

Insulation Installer

We’re looking for two dependable people to join our insulation team. We offer excellent pay, strong benefits, a positive work environment, and opportunities to advance.
No insulation experience is required — we provide paid, hands‑on training.

Pay

• 25-28 an hour starting pay with no insulation experience

Employees report to our shop in Hartland each morning rather than driving directly to the job site. Our normal start time is between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on the job.

Our residential insulation work includes:

• Loading and operating insulation blowing/ vacumming equipment
• Blowing cellulose insulation into attics and walls
• Removing existing attic insulation, including fiberglass batts
• Exclusion work to seal up potential entry points of pests
• Installing weatherstripping on attic access panels
• Installing roof and soffit ventilation
• Working safely in attics and on rooftops
• Driving company-owned medium-sized trucks while pulling an enclosed trailer
• Driving within service areas for jobs - Green Bay/ Appleton area, Milwaukee area, and Madison area

Previous attic or insulation experience is not required. We will train the right person.

What We're Looking For

This is a physically demanding construction position. Successful employees need to be dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in confined attic spaces, and willing to work hard throughout the day.

You must:

• Be able to safely and efficiently work a full 8+ hour day on the job site
• Be agile and comfortable working in attics, confined spaces, and on rooftops
• Be able to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Have reliable transportation to our shop each workday
• Have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance so you can operate company vehicles after training

Important Physical Requirement

Attic insulation work regularly requires employees to access very confined spaces and work on ceiling structures with limited load capacity. Applicants must be able to meet this requirement throughout their employment in this position.
