Job summary

Eastside Exterminators is seeking energetic individuals to join our installation team as Insulation Installer/Technician in Bothell, WA. You will help improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and air quality by removing old insulation, installing new insulation and vapor barriers, and ensuring proper sealing.

The role requires comfort with attics and crawlspaces, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, restoration, or general labor.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders.
• Excellent communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Removing old insulation, debris, and contaminants from attics and crawlspaces.
• Installing new insulation, vapor barriers, and air sealing products.
• Installing drainage systems and pipe in crawlspaces and around homes.
• Sealing HVAC duct joints and replacing duct insulation.
• Installing attic and crawlspace baffles.
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites.
• Following safety procedures and using professional tools and equipment.
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screening (excluding marijuana)
• Experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, restoration, or general labor

Compensation & Career Growth

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE) during training, average installers make $65,000 - $85,000 a year
