Job summary

Interstate Insulation, a member of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking an insulation installer. The role offers $20/hour based on experience and requires a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for out-of-town sites.

You will install insulation by cutting, stapling, and using equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in tight spaces while following safety rules. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), vacation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel for out-of-town sites.
• Installation experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using standard hand tools and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and log materials onto a truck.
• Set up scaffolding or ladders to required height.
• Cut insulation to size and install in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces.
• Install insulation by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or using injection equipment.
• May drive a company vehicle; follow DOT rules and keep tools/truck maintained.
