Ozark’s Modern Insulation, part of the Installed Building Products (IBP) family, is seeking hard-working individuals to install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You will load materials, set up ladders, and work with a safety-conscious crew under a foreman’s guidance.

Training is provided for those willing to learn; reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 lbs are important. Opportunities exist to advance within the team as you prove yourself on varied job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with insulation installation is a plus but training is provided.
• Comfortable using hand tools and climbing on ladders/scaffolding.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding.
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation.
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean.
• Follow all job site safety procedures.
